If you submit an advisory or diagnostic enquiry form, it collects your first name, email address, business name, enquiry permission, enquiry context, any diagnostic answers you include, and proposed advisory priorities. It also collects any last name, website, phone number, or additional message you choose to provide. The optional marketing checkbox records a separate email-marketing preference.
Wix hosting, security, forms, and communication services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and service logs. Please avoid including payment details, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
The diagnostic uses fixed rules in your browser to identify proposed needs and suggest resources or service conversations. It is not a validated assessment or a confirmed diagnosis. The rules do not use an AI service to interpret your answers.
The custom diagnostic does not submit your answers to CULTIV8T3D until you choose to send the enquiry form. The site can still make hosting, security, font, and form-service requests while you browse. Before submitting, you can review the diagnostic summary included with your enquiry.
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, discuss the proposed recommendations, assess service fit, manage any related business relationship, maintain records, and protect the site against misuse. Access to form submissions is restricted in Wix to the site owner and authorized collaborators.
Permission to respond to an enquiry is separate from permission to send marketing email. A diagnostic submission is not a purchase, service contract, or automatic marketing subscription.
The marketing checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. It covers email marketing insights, product updates, and offers from CULTIV8T3D, operated by Cultivated Group LLC. It does not provide consent for marketing calls or text messages.
The Wix form is configured to request double confirmation for email subscriptions. Selecting the checkbox requests a subscription; follow the email-confirmation process before receiving marketing. You may submit the enquiry without selecting the marketing checkbox.
To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe or email-preferences link in a marketing email and complete the confirmation shown by Wix. See Email preferences. You can also call us for help. Opting out of marketing does not prevent a necessary response to an enquiry you make or other non-marketing communications.
Wix provides the site's hosting, visitor authentication, forms, CRM contact mapping, security, and email-subscription services. The form sends your submitted information to Wix for these functions. Wix and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. See Wix's Privacy Policy for its processing and transfer information.
The site currently loads its typeface through Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to Google to obtain those font files. See Google Fonts privacy information.
Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and security. The diagnostic does not publish your submitted answers or contact details on the public website.
If you ask us to arrange a Google Meet call, your name, email address, and agreed appointment details may be used in Google Calendar and Google Meet to organize the invitation and call. A call request does not automatically create a booking. Diagnostic answers and business notes are not automatically copied into a calendar invitation.
The form integration stores an anonymous Wix visitor-authentication token in browser local storage to maintain the visitor session. Wix services may use cookies and similar technologies for their operation and security. Browser settings can restrict or clear cookies and local storage; doing so may affect the form or other site functions.
The custom diagnostic does not use local storage to retain the answers you type. Your browser may independently retain information through its own autocomplete or history features. No internet service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Enquiry information is retained for handling your request and any related business relationship, and for relevant recordkeeping, security, and legal needs. Consent and suppression records may need to be retained to respect marketing preferences. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable obligations. Contact us to discuss a record or request deletion; we may need to retain information required by law or necessary to maintain an opt-out.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask about its use. Available rights depend on your location and the law that applies. We may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing personal information. Unsubscribing from marketing does not require you to submit unrelated information or create an account.

This notice describes this website's current diagnostic and enquiry functions. The site accepts advisory enquiries. Online payments and standalone digital-product sales are not enabled. A separate service agreement or purchase notice may apply if you later engage CULTIV8T3D or purchase a product.
