This website is operated by Cultivated Group LLC as CULTIV8T3D. These terms describe the permitted use of the website, its public content, and its Meaning Gap Diagnostic. Questions can be directed to 505-226-2892.
These website-use terms are separate from a client engagement agreement or product purchase terms. They do not create a retainer, a 12-month commitment, an exclusivity obligation, or a purchase.
The diagnostic provides rule-based suggestions using your self-reported answers. Multiple resources can match the same answers. The suggested order is a starting point for investigation, not a requirement to purchase every matched resource.
Recommendations do not independently verify your business, audience, operations, or market. They are not a validated assessment, professional legal advice, or a guarantee of a particular outcome. Before acting, evaluate the suggestion against your own circumstances and seek relevant professional advice when appropriate.
Submitting an enquiry asks CULTIV8T3D to respond. It does not establish a client relationship, reserve availability, or bind either party to a service scope or price. Service fit, deliverables, timing, fees, ownership, confidentiality, and other engagement terms must be confirmed separately before work begins.
Do not submit another person's personal information without authority to do so. Please do not include confidential trade secrets or sensitive personal information in the public enquiry form; any required confidentiality arrangements should be agreed before that information is shared.
The site describes joint advisory retainers offered by Cultivated Group LLC through Cultivated Method. Displayed pricing covers the stated advisory, research, consulting, and training scope for Danny and Stephanie together. Three-, nine-, and twelve-month options have different monthly rates and total commitments. Monthly scope remains consistent within a tier.
Submitting an enquiry or completing the diagnostic does not create an engagement or authorize a charge. Scope, payment schedule, applicable taxes, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property, termination, and other commercial terms must be agreed in a separate signed agreement before work begins. This page is not that agreement.
Frameworks and working resources support the service process and are not offered for standalone digital purchase. Production, technical implementation, digital marketing management, advertising spend, partner services, and software costs are separately scoped and priced unless expressly included in the agreement. Online checkout is not enabled.
CULTIV8T3D's website copy, diagnostic presentation, product descriptions, and other materials are provided for learning about the practice and considering its resources. Viewing them does not transfer ownership of the underlying content, frameworks, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
You may use the diagnostic to consider your own business needs.
